Yes. Our gas engineers hold a range of industry-recognised qualifications and certifications, including Gas Safe registration, F-Gas certification and REFCOM registration for air conditioning fitting. We are also LPG qualified and G3 certified for unvented hot water systems, alongside qualifications in heat pump installation and low-temperature system design. These qualifications allow us to safely and professionally work across a wide range of heating, gas, hot water and air conditioning systems.
A boiler inspection is a thorough check of your boiler and its associated components to confirm it is operating safely and efficiently. During an inspection, we carry out the following:
We note any faults or parts that need attention, and we will talk you through our findings at the end of our visit. Landlords can also book an inspection as part of a Gas Safety Check (CP12 certificate). We offer basic visual and operational inspections, as well as more thorough ones, so please get in touch, and we can advise which level of inspection is most suitable for you.
For heat pump systems, our gas engineers follow this process to ensure you receive the most suitable, long-lasting heat pump for your home:
Initial Enquiry and Site Survey - We visit your property to assess your insulation, existing heating system, hot water demand and available space for the unit.
System Design and Quotation - We recommend the correct heat pump type and size and provide a written quote.
Planning and Permissions - Where required, we advise on permitted development rules or any MCS registration steps.
Installation Day - Our engineers fit the outdoor and indoor units, run pipework and electrical connections, and set up controls.
Commissioning - The system is tested, refrigerant levels are checked, and the controls are configured.
Handover - We demonstrate the system, provide documentation and register the installation where applicable.
