Our boiler fitting process looks like the following:
Initial Enquiry - You contact us to describe your current setup and heating requirements.
Assessment - We visit the property to assess the existing system, pipework, flue position and gas supply.
Recommendation and Quote - We provide a free quote including the recommended boiler model and any additional work required.
Booking - Once you accept the quote, we agree on an installation date.
Installation Day - We carry out boiler removal, installation and connect the new unit, fit the flue and controls and tidy the area.
Commissioning - We fire up the boiler, test all controls and safety devices, balance the system and check for leaks.
Handover - We walk you through operating the new boiler and controls, provide all documentation, and register the boiler with the manufacturer on your behalf.

By registering your boiler with the manufacturer, our 1-year warranty starts from day one. We also notify Building Control of your installation where required, as part of our Competent Person Scheme registration.
